Personal Information including but not limited to: name(s), alias(es), maiden name(s), alien registration number, citizenship, date of birth, place of birth, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, gender, color of hair, color of eyes, height, weight, veteran status, employment status and information, social security number, merchant mariner credential reference number, and criminal background statement(s).
Documents including but not limited to: Merchant Mariner Credential, TWIC Card, USCG Medical Certificate, criminal background report, sea service letter(s) and form(s), drug testing form(s), disclosure statements, and training course certificates.
How do we receive information about you?
We receive your Personal Information from various sources:
- When you voluntarily provide us your personal details using any one of our EZ Forms or other online forms
- When you use or access our Site in connection with your use of our services

We do not rent, sell, or share Users’ information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.

- Utilizing your information and documents for completing Merchant Mariner Credential, STCW, Medical Certificate, TWIC, or maritime job applications;

Third party collection of information
Upon an agreed upon contract, your information, application(s), and document(s) will be shared ONLY with the National Maritime Center, and/or Third-Party application contractors to the National Maritime Center, and the Transportation Security Administration for TWIC applications. This information will NEVER be shared with other services/vendors.
How do we safeguard your information?
Seaside Mariner Consulting LLC maintains security measures to safeguard your information. Our database uses Touch ID/fingerprint access. All information and materials collected are 256 bit encrypted. You have the right at any time to have your information permanently deleted/removed from our database.
Updates or amendments to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Privacy Policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised Privacy policy. The last revision will be reflected in the "Last modified" section. Your continued use of the Platform, following the notification of such amendments on our website, constitutes your acknowledgment and consent of such amendments to the Privacy Policy and your agreement to be bound by the terms of such amendments.

- Seaside East Mariner Consulting LLC shall not be held responsible for any false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry that is submitted by our client(s) in any form, information, document, other other material that they share with us.
- In no event shall Seaside East Mariner Consulting LLC be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website.
- Seaside East Mariner Consulting LLC takes every possible measure to make the application process as speedy as possible, but we can not guarantee the speed at which credentials are approved and issued.
- Seaside East Mariner Consulting LLC does not guarantee the approval and issuance of Merchant Mariner Credentials, TWIC Credentials, USCG Medical Certificates, or any other transaction with the US Coast Guard, National Maritime Center, Transportation Security Administration, or Third Party contractors to the National Maritime Center.
- Seaside East Mariner Consulting LLC, and its owner and employees, are not medical professionals. We provide consulting services and application assistance/preparation related to the USCG Medical Certificate application. We can only discuss and advise as to how various medications and medical conditions may cause a denial or refusal of the USCG Medical Certificate application, as well as speak with your doctor or nurse practitioner regarding these needs and issues. Seaside East Mariner Consulting LLC shall not be held responsible for any false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry that is submitted by our client(s) relating to USCG Medical Certificate applications and/or other transactions.
- Service fees and other fees: Agreed upon service fees are to be paid in full upon contractual agreement between Seaside East Mariner Consulting, LLC and the client. Reimbursement for applicable pay.gov Merchant Mariner application fees paid by Seaside East Mariner Consulting LLC are to be paid in full upon contractual agreement between Seaside East Mariner Consulting LLC and the client.
- Refunds: A full refund of all service fees will be granted to any client for any errors that are made by Seaside East Mariner Consulting LLC which causes a denial, rejection, or delay in any client application process. Seaside East Mariner Consulting LLC will accept written requests for a refund of service fees for unsatisfactory service. Seaside East Mariner Consulting LLC reserves the right to either grant or deny a refund due to unsatisfactory service.
