Payment Methods

We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover credit or debit cards. Credit and debit card payments are processed through our service invoices, which are sent via email. We also accept Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal payments.

$99 - Credential Renewal or Upgrade
$199 - Entry Level/OS Deckhand Package
$299 - OUPV/6 Pack - 100 Ton Master Package
$99 - Resume and Employment Search Package

We do business in the state of North Carolina and a 4.75% state tax will be applied to all service fees.

Current Fees for Transactions

TWIC Card (Original or Renewal) - $125.25 - at this time we are unable to make this payment on your behalf.

USCG Physical Exams and Drug Tests

Physical Exam and Drug Test - $279.99
Physical Exam Only - $199.99
Drug Test Only - $79.99

Merchant Mariner Application (pay.gov) Fees

Entry Level/OS Deckhand - $140
Credential Renewal (no additions/upgrades) - $140
Credential Upgrade - $140-$190
Original Officer (Mate, Captain, Engineer) Credential - $145-$255
STCW Endorsement - No fee
USCG Medical Certificate - No fee

These are some of the basic fees listed - fees vary depending on the type of transaction. All fees paid on your behalf will be billed to you as an expense reimbursement on your invoice.
